Our Cancellation Policy
We understand at Clear Aid sometimes you may need to cancel a course for unforeseen circumstances. This is not a problem in advance, but we do need to have a policy in place as it could affect Clear Aid having a steady flow of course dates available.
Our Policy
1.1 If you need to cancel a course you have booked onto, you may do so with no cost to yourselves up to 16 days prior to the course start date.
2.1 If you need to cancel a course within 16 days of the course start date, there will be a 50% charge of the total course fee to be paid immediately on the cancellation date.
3.1 If you need to cancel a course within 16 days of the course start date, but can on the cancellation date rearrange the course for another available date, there is a 30% charge of the total course fee. This 30% will not be taken off the rearranged course fee.
3.2. If you need to cancel the rearranged course date at any point prior to the course, there will be a 70% charge for the amount of the first course that was originally booked in. This is in addition to the 30% that had already been paid.
3.3 If two courses in a row are cancelled then a new period of booking starts after cancellation fees have been paid.
